Events with Acclaimed Chef Sheldon Simeone

We really hit it off with Chef Sheldon when we first met him at our first gig that he catered. From then on, we offered many fun hula for several future events at venues throughout New York City. Chef is great at keeping that traditional Hawaii flavor in his menu and also is able to cater it to a foreign audience.
